In mid-May, Charlotte-based OrthoCarolina Hip & Knee Center announced its selection as a visitation site for The Knee Society's prestigious 2009 John N. Insall Travelling Fellowship, signifying the local orthopedic group is among the 12 leading joint replacement centers in North America.
